As someone without a smart phone this is digital discrimination - now got to figure out and way round this as the only option to buy a ticket was mobile - so wrong - this is not progress...

On Ticketmaster's verified resale tickets website, there are only 1 ticket available for purchase for Wheelchair Accessible in three different sections. Example: Section 114, seat G (1 ticket); Section 207 seat B (1 ticket), etc. There are zero tickets available for a companion. So why is Ticketmaster allowing single Wheelchair Accessible ticket/s be sold if the disabled-wheelchair bound concert goer has no friend or relative to push his/her wheelchair? What am I to do? :(

Thee instructions have you going in circles it's like they don't really want you to succeed with you getting your tickets or into your (Event) Venue. Ticketmaster can definitely make getting your tickets to other people or to yourself easier for the Tec illiterate like myself. Witchcraft !

I have the first event with mobile tickets and no option to print. I wasnt even aware there is no way to get these tickets without data, and i have no phone. I order by laptop or tablet. Now i have to borrow a phone, just to get into the event, and hope that their provider serves that area, as it in the boonies.

I have no option to add anything to a wallet. WTF is this garbage? I thought I'd be able to print the tickets on this thing called paper. I also don't have a barcode, just a long string of characters.

I did not want to bring my phone but now I have no choice and I don’t think they allow purses in the venue, so where am I supposed to put my phone? I don’t want it in my pocket in fear that it will fall out and I will lose it. And all I have to say is the tickets better be able to come up on my phone at the gate because if not, I’m gonna be incredibly upset spending $200 and not able to get in all because they would not take printed tickets which I’m still gonna bring in my pocket just in case.

I can't get my tix nor place where it says see my tix & use my email & my password,notice comes up use 6 number code instead after it don't work with new code each time I now have no tix $72.00 for September 23rd in Maryland, guess I will get refund instead, their new site totally sucks..very poor, just checked again nope not working sucks 😢
